Our Startup Year
The Rielo Law Firm's roots began in 2010, when Dayliset Rielo graduated from the Florida A & M University Law School and opened an office in Downtown Miami, Florida. Her focus was on Criminal Defense. Due to her aggressive style and attention to detail, she quickly carved a name for herself in the legal community.

Growth & Development
The Rielo Law Firm team has steadily grown since, through selective lateral additions and clerkship program implementations and specialty area buildup, outgrowing its space numerous times. While the Rielo Law client base has risen almost daily, we have had the pleasure of serving some who started with us from day one.

The Team Approach
Our operating philosophy is rooted in respect. We respect our clients enough to make them full partners in the legal process -keeping them informed and inviting their participation every step of the way. We feel this is a better way to build and maintain an effective working relationship. We represent clients in state and federal trial, administrative tribunials and other proceedings. We have extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures involving a wide variety of cases and clients. Our litigation group represents clients in all types of matters.

Paying It Forward
During 2016 The Rielo Law Firm is proud to announce that 39% of it's clients were not in the United States. The Firm was able to effectively assist those individuals who permanently reside out of this country, however, had outstanding legal issues stemming from their visit. Attorney Rielo personally handles all out of the country matters, and gives it the utmost care and consideration. Her compassion and dedication to the profession, aligned with her immigrant background make her the right choice for your legal issues.

Continued Legal Education
In 2018 Attorney Rielo focused on amassing as much information surrounding evolving criminal legal issues. As attorneys the duty to keep up with legal education is mandated by the Florida Bar. However, she went above and beyond, logging ten times the reporting requirement of continued legal education.

Expanding Our Team
In 2011 the firm started hiring interns and offering employment opportunities as well as of counsel. Estate Planning, Criminal, Family and Immigration Law were incorporated and the interns were and continue to be a tremendous benefit to the firm as they serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys.

Our ability to adjust to change has consistently enabled us to help our clients with the changes they incur on a regular basis. We are particularly proud of our diverse Rielo Law family, culture, commitment, and work ethic. The firm has now expanded to cover Civil Rights, Medicare & Medicaid Fraud Defense, and Military Claims.

Electronic Discovery
In 2017 the Firm focused on transition to a paperless system. Digitalizing clients’ files makes it not only more accessible for client access from anywhere, but also keeps with the growing trend of electronic filing, and an overall paperless environment nationwide. The team also focused on learning, navigating and mastering electronic discovery. E-Discovery and the various platforms utilized are more prevalent in voluminous litigation. Keeping with technology allows the continuation of effective and diligent client representation.

White Collar Defense &
Harvard Law School
The Firm was involved in defending Hedge Fund Chief Investment Officer, charged with allegations of defrauding investors and bond holders of over a billion dollars. The federal jury trial lasted over three months in Brooklyn New York, and the team performed zealously every single day. In 2019, Attorney Rielo was also invited by Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop to serve as visiting faculty during the winter 2020 semester.
